I was recenlty inducted into the honor society (Phi Theta Kappa) at my college. I received a scholarship for my academics through this society.

First Pageant

Raney was in her first beauty pageant this past weekend. Out of 13 girls, she was 2nd alternate. I was so proud of her. When we walked out on stage she stuck her finger in her mouth and left it the whole time. Of course she never smiled (can't even get her to do it in pictures) but nevertheless we placed.

Update Weight Loss

I have currently down to my goal weight. I lost 26 lbs in all. I hope to maintain this weight. I am on maintenance with Weight Watchers for 6 weeks. I think I am in my fourth week of this. I had a picture taken of my Saturday and I could finally see the weight coming off in my face.

Weight Loss

After having Raney, I lost all of my pregnancy weight within 2 weeks. I couldn't control my eating so I gained it all back within 2 months. When I returned to work I decided I would start Weight Watchers. So I did in October. To this date I have lost a total of 16 lbs. I have about 9 lbs to go for my goal weight. I am very please with myself on losing this much weight. I didn't really think I could do it but I have. I only modified my eating a little bit but it sure has helped.

Blogging

I am going to start blogging again. I think I might can fit it into my busy schedule. So check back regularly to see new updates in the Stone Family.

Mission

I am on a mission to get my house cleaned and organized. It has finally started to naw at my bones that it is always a mess. So I have made a schedule and hope to clean one room a day. Kevin laughed at me when I showed him the schedule. He probably thinks "yeah right like she will stick to this." I am actually thinking that myself. Anyway for now I plan to stick to the schedule.

I am also trying to organize the house so it doesn't look so cluttered. My new idea on that is to label a basket or box for each room. I will start in the Kitchen and put stuff in to their correct box. I will then unload the boxes into their correct room. I hope this will work over time.

So maybe when ya'll come visit my house the next time it will be clean and organized. P.S. Kevin did keep on schedule today and he cleaned the kitchen.

I haven't updated in a long time. But most of you know Raney is here. She was born May 29 at 7:15 a.m. She is the light of our world.
