Update

I haven't updated in a long time. But most of you know Raney is here. She was born May 29 at 7:15 a.m. She is the light of our world.

Update

I had another appointment today. The baby's heartrate is 141. I gained one pound this month. She is only worried that my blood sugar is a little low. Other than that she said everything looked great and I was measuring right. My next appointment is in 2 weeks and we get to see little Raney again with a 4D ultrasound.

Appointment Update

I had another doctor's appointment today. It went pretty good. I had to do the one hour sugar test and I passed. I had dreaded this test ever since I found out I was pregnant. It wasn't as bad as I thought. Raney's heartbeat was 141. I have gained a few more pounds. So every thing is still on track.

We are busy working on Raney's room. It has been painted. The top half is a light pink, the bottom half is a darker pink, and the wall that her crib will be on has brown stripes on the top half. Kevin is working on a white chair rail right now. Hopefully the furniture will be in by the end of the month.

I am also helping plan my baby showers along with hosting the showers for my brother's wedding. I have alot going on this spring. I just hope I don't get overly stressed.

Update

I haven't updated you in a couple of months. We went to the doctor on January 14 for our ultrasound. That was a fun experience. We got to see our little one and learned we are having a girl. She was very stubborn and was laying with her legs cross. She finally moved just enough so the tech could look at her parts.

I went to the doctor again on February 11. Everything looks great. The heartbeat was 156 and I have gained 3 pounds. Next month I will have to do the sugar test which I am dreading but everything seems to be progressing nicely. I hope everything keeps going that way.

I am working on the baby's room but haven't gotten very far. It is kinda hard when you have so much stuff and not enough room. I don't know where all the stuff is going to go. We have ordered the baby furniture and bedding. I'm just waiting anxiously to get it in.
